Suzette Phillips has always had a passion for sharing positive leadership strategies. During the last 14 years she served for seven years in various leadership roles and ending her last 7 years as COO of a successful multi-location business, she decided to venture out and open her own business, Mine Your Business Consultants, LLC., in order to be a positive, resourceful, and strong leadership mentor.  Suzette believes in teaching business owners and corporations how to lead teams instead of relying on unsuccessful management strategies.  Suzette and her family live in Tampa, Florida.
