Jeff Nischwitz

Jeff

Jeff Nischwitz is the Founder and Chief Snow Globe Shaker of The Nischwitz Group, an organization created in 2012 with a simple mission – transform leaders and leadership to create more conscious, intentional and positive impact in organizations, teams, families, communities and lives. Jeff’s also the co-host of the Leadership Junkies Podcast (https://leadershipjunkies.com) and co-founder of Cardivera, a leadership development training and development ecosystem for growing leaders, people and businesses.

Jeff’s known as many things including facilitator of truth, relationship builder, master storyteller, chief question officer, story debunker and noticer. Naturally curious, especially about people, Jeff’s always bringing a unique question, perspective or insight to situations, opportunities and challenges. Jeff’s known for his vulnerability, presence, authenticity and, of course, his infamous hugs.

Over the past 37 years, Jeff’s professional, business and entrepreneurial path has been quite the journey. Beginning as a successful lawyer, Jeff left the corporate law firm where he was a partner to take the leap into entrepreneurship by creating his own law firm. After building and growing that firm, Jeff did what few dare to even consider: he left that which he knew and which was successful to go in search of his true calling. For Jeff, getting by or merely succeeding without loving what he does was not acceptable.

Like many entrepreneurs, Jeff’s journey had many twists, turns and yes, stumbles, which Jeff openly shares and speaks on as part of his authentic story telling—the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly. When asked how he transitioned from entrepreneurial lawyer to international speaker and transformation coach, Jeff is famous for the following:

I’d love to tell you that it was a great plan, brilliantly executed but it’s more like a car wreck where the car rolled over several times and somehow landed on its wheels. I was injured and even had some broken bones, but I was alive and the car was still drivable. So I took off in the direction it was pointing and I’ve been going ever since.

Jeff grew up in Dayton, OH, graduated from Ohio Northern University (B.S. Business Administration). He later received his J.D. degree from the Ohio State University College of Law, and then headed to Cleveland, OH to start his legal career. Jeff now lives in Tampa, FL, but considers the world his oyster both for business and travel adventures.

Jeff has been actively involved with the Mankind Project International (https://mankindproject.org) since 2010; now as a certified co-leader facilitating men’s retreats around the country and world. The Mankind Project is a non-profit organization that offers transformational trainings, workshops and programs to help men show up differently in their lives, relationships and leadership. Jeff is also the Chair of the Board of Wounded Healers International (https://woundedhealersintl.org), an organization committed to increasing awareness and understanding around sexual violence prevention, manifestation and supporting survivors by offering financially supporting programs to educate, support and empower both girls and boys towards building a culture of mutual respect.

Jeff is the proud father of his two adult sons, Eric and Kyle. When he’s not living his passion as a national speaker and transformation coach, you’ll likely find him exploring Civil War battlefields or other historical locations with his Dad, dipping his toes into an ocean, lake or river, or exploring new cities and areas across the country and the world. He’s also known for his love of bold red wines, cigars, hearty bourbon, Broadway theater and hanging out while enjoying genuine conversations.

This is the fifth book he has written as a bestselling author.
