Jay Brinegar

Jay Brinegar was ordained in January of 1982 and has many years of pastoral and evangelistic ministry experience. Jay has traveled across the country preaching the Word of God in churches and conducting many crusades that were coordinated with multiple churches and denominations. His missions work includes Haiti and Brazil, conducting various crusades that have resulted in many salvations, healings, and miracles.

For three years, Jay had a weekly television program called Street Life that aired on Dr. Lester Summeralls LeSea Broadcasting network in Indianapolis.  During this time, Jay also taught at the Indianapolis-based extension of World Harvest Bible College in South Bend, Indiana.

For several years, Jay was the co-host of Trinity Broadcasting Network’s Live “Praise The Lord” program at WCLJ-TV, in Greenwood, Indiana. He served as Vice President of the Full Gospel Businessmen’s chapter in Bedford, Indiana and was on the founding Board of Directors of Area Christian Television (ACT-TV) that was responsible for establishing WCLJ-TV in Greenwood, Indiana, which is now owned and operated by Trinity Broadcasting Network. He also served as a Director of Full Gospel Business Gatekeepers in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. 

Today, Jay leads Power Up Ministries, which is committed to working with pastors and other evangelists to train believers in Jesus Christ to do the work of the ministry of reconciliation in their everyday lives.
